Bolo de Mirtilo e Limão | Blueberry and Lemon Cake

Este é um bolo inteiramente dedicado àqueles que apreciam o toque intenso do limão!
Para além da abundância deste ingrediente, este é também um bolo cremoso e bem complementado com o sabor e a cor dos mirtilos!
Para além disso, a necessidade aguça o engenho, o que faz com que este bolo tenha sido feito sem ovos!

Ingredientes | Ingredients:

- 250 gr de Farinha de Trigo;
- 1 colher de sobremesa de Fermento;
- 120 gr de Açúcar;
- 100 ml de Óleo;
- 150 ml de Água;
- Raspa de 1 Limão;
- Sumo de 1 Limão;
- Mirtilos q.b

- 140 gr de Açúcar em Pó;
- sumo de meio Limão.
- Mirtilos q.b.
- 250 gr Flour;
- 1 teaspoon of yeast;
- 120 gr of sugar;
- 100 ml Oil;
- 150 ml of water;
- Zest of 1 lemon;
- Juice of 1 lemon;
- Blueberries q.s.

- 140 gr Powdered Sugar;
- Juice of half a lemon.
- Blueberries qs


Modo de Preparação | Preparation Method:

Pré-aquecer o forno a 190ºC.

1. Numa tigela, misturar a farinha peneirada e o fermento em pó. Numa outra tigela, juntar o açúcar com todos os ingredientes líquidos. Incorporar esta mistura na farinha, mexendo sempre até obter uma mistura homogénea.

2. Untar uma forma, com cerca de 20cm de diâmetro, com manteiga e polvilhar com farinha. Verter a massa na forma e incorporar uma quantidade generosa de mirtilos. Levar ao forno cerca de 40 minutos, verificando a cozedura com um palito.

3. Retirar do forno e deixar arrefecer completamente.

4. Bater o açúcar em pó com o sumo de limão até obter um creme grosso. Verter sobre o bolo e dispor ele os mirtilos, a gosto.



Preheat oven to 190 º C. 

1. In a bowl, mix the flour with baking powder. In another bowl, add the sugar with all liquid ingredients. Embed this mixture into the flour, stirring until a homogeneous mixture. 

2. Grease a pan, about 20cm in diameter, with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter into the pan and incorporate a generous amount of blueberries. Bake about 40 minutes, checking the cooking process with a toothpick. 

3. Remove from oven and let cool completely. 

4. Hitting the powdered sugar with the lemon juice until a thick cream. Pour over the cake and complete it with blueberries.
